HearingLife and Marie are outstanding!! Marie made me feel so comfortable. She did not rush me and she was not pushy at all!! She took her time to explain how everything worked. And everytime I have an issue or don't understand something, she is right there to help me. I can call her on the phone and she always calls back! I felt like I was in good hands from the first time that I walked in the door. Marie is amazing gift and she really knows all the ins and outs of the hearing aids. This was my first time inquiring about hearing aids and she just put me at ease right from the start.

Maria Hacker makes excellent use of a very modest accommodation. Access to her offices is far less than inviting to say the least. But, once inside you're privileged with the best audiologist available. She is up to date with the latest technology and; as a hearing aid user herself, understands the trials and tribulations that we users struggle with to manage our impairment. She is friendly, comforting, reassuring and capable of delivering the best solution possible.

I brought my Aunt for new hearing aids after the current ones stopped charging. Maria was very thorough and recommended different technology for one ear that cannot be helped with an aid. Much of my Aunts past trouble was due to the previous clinicians missing this and just turning the hearing aid up to the maximum volume, resultIng and feedback and squeaking, further hindering her ability to hear and participate. Now she is hearing again, and without all the feedback, she can participate in conversation in loud environments. Maria also is very patient and kind, working with her is a wonderful experience.
