Very knowledgeable and kind, from the 1st call. Audiologist (Monee hope that's right)spent time explaining all the test results and knew just what I needed. I could not believe the difference in my hearing. Michelle made me comfortable on my first call. I have never had any testing before and got the # off the internet. Highly recommend, will return to them for any future needs. Thank u !

This was such a great experience I highly recommend the Hearing Lab for a free hearing test as well as aids . I went home first visit with my hearing aids. The Doctor or Hearing Specialist, Monee, was so thorough, the customer service was excellent. She was very patient. Great experience. Recommend this place highly.

The world of hearing aids can be complex and intimidating. After two evaluations resulting in more uncertainty, I landed on the Hearing Lab. Immediately, the warm friendliness of the Receptionist Michelle set a very pleasant and comfortable tone. Happily, it continued with the Hearing Instrument Specialist, Monia. She did more than answer my questions, she patiently listened to my concerns and provided clear comprehensible explanations following the evaluation. The Hearing Lab held my hand and I’m thankful for the improved quality of life my new hearing aids provide. Last but not least, the short hearing related video was an eye opener.

Monia did a great job explaining things, she was very through. I felt the prices were very reasonable as well.I'd definitely would recommend this place.

I had a ear exam and everyone was incredibly professional and informative, did not move forward as to Blue Cross Blue shield has a threshold to be eligible and I did not meet that criteria but when the time comes I will certainly go back to them.
