Dr. Tudor has been wonderful to work with. My tech skills are pretty basic, but she takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure I can use the app and the accessories (dongal, TV adapter and remote mic). The hearing aids have worked really well, and the accessories create so many more options for enhanced use of the hearing aids. I couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend her practice.

The staff is quite friendly and personable. Dr. Brooke is very thorough in her testing evaluation and in explaining the test results. She really cares about her patients' well-being, is very knowledgeable, and is willing to answer any questions or address any concerns. She certainly put me at ease. Highly recommended.

I brought my little guy in to see Dr. Tudor after he had learned how to "pass" his exam at the pediatrician office. The staff was friendly and Dr. Tudor was amazing, taking time to explain things step by step to my son in a way his 5 year old mind could comprehend. She made it fun for him while not letting him get away with any funny business. Thank you!

I had to take my next door neighbor there cause she left her hearing aids on in the shower and she made a call and they got her an appointment at 1:30. We got there and we're greeted by the Dr. and she took her hearing aids in the back and 15 minutes later we were out of there. She was happy to have her hearing aids again, she could hear again.

Friendly staff. The lady that did the hearing test was nice and very cooperative with our kid. She kept a nice atmosphere. Told us why kid was having problem with the 1 ear. Told us how to correct and if needed to take kid to emergency to help with his ear.
