I highly recommend Catherine Hughes, MS (soon to graduate as a Doctor of Audiology from the University of Tennessee!) for her high degree of knowledge of audiology and great customer service. You will not find many audiology service organizations better than Hearing Health Care Services. This was my first time getting hearing aids. I feel now that I have a real partner going forward.

The transmitter on my Phonak hearing aid fell off while visiting family. Hearing Health Care Services was the only provider of the many I contacted that had a real person answer the phone who was willing and knowledgeable enough to look in their stock and see if they had a replacement. The service was first rate and the cost reasonable. Great emergency service!

I can't say enough amazing things about the entire team. They are all incredible women there, who listen to you and work with you. They make you feel validated and comfortable talking to them and sharing your story. I was so embarrassed about my hearing loss, frustrated and tired of say what every 5 mins. Appointments are readily given to you and they help you every step of the way. I highly recommend going to them. My hearing is so much better. They treat you like a best friend and like family. It's an experience that I promise you will love! I usually never say that about any doctors I have ever been to however this is YOUR PLACE TO Go if you are experiencing hearing loss.

Friendly and professional staff. Dr Cristobal is thorough and very willing to discuss concerns and look for solutions to address ant problems. Very happy with my hearing aids and actually enjoy going for scheduled visits!
