I have never been to a health care provider whose office was as welcoming as this one was. The first thing I noticed was how good the reception area smelled; whatever essential oil vibes were giving off felt like a comfortable afternoon at home. The coffee, tea and water bar was as amazing, and the audiologist’s office was like a welcoming home study/office, save the sound booth in the corner! The hearing exam was so thorough and Katherine made sure to explain all the test findings in a way that I would understand them. She encouraged questions and was wonderful with her explanations of everything related to hearing. I felt like I had a team working with me to ensure I was able to keep as much of my hearing capacity as is possible. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend this cli

The place was nice and clean. Staff was very professional and friendly. They made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. 10/10 would definitely recommend. We went for ear wax removal for my daughter. She felt amazing and could hear so much better once we were done!!!

I have never had a better experience in a medical setting than I did today. Heather Castellano really made me feel both seen and heard today; she truly made me feel like I was in good hands. The receptionist was very kind and incredibly adept at making me feel at ease. I left feeling very hopeful about the changes that could be made to improve my hearing loss and tinnitus. I would highly recommend this office for all of your audiological needs.

They called me to come in for a special demonstration for the Aris AI hearing technology that included a free hearing exam, my own hearing aid cleaning and ear cleaning. They did just that! I haven’t purchased the Aris AI yet but I plan to! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you all!

Extremely good experience. My 88 year old mother, who has extreme hearing loss in one ear and some loss in the other, was frustrated and discouraged with the last hearing center. We paid half the price of her last hearing aids and have had a much better outcome. She doesn't feel isolated in group settings, which was a real problem before. Clean office, friendly staff, promptly taken back at appointment time.
