The representative was very knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about and she was interested in what I had to say and how I felt. I was very impressed. However, more information on post care and an emergency number would have been extremely helpful, due to the fact that the offices are closed on the weekends.

Coastal Audiology did a great job in testing my hearing, explaining my results and offering options. I felt valued and never felt rushed. Heather spent a lot of time answering my questions and discussing possible solutions.

Great customer service. Heather is always help full in reprograming my hearing aids with my phone and setting up my future appointments. A++. I had the wrong date for my last appointment and she still squeezed me in for a cleaning. It saved me traveling back to the office the next week.

This story is straight out of grammar school. My puppy ate my hearing aids! Seriously! My heart dropped when I saw that my charger had been knocked over and the aids were nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, I found pieces of them as I searched around the floor. I contacted Amanda and she explained the loss, damage and replacement program. She also set me up with an appointment with Heather. Within an hour I had a pair of replacement aides programmed to my exact settings to hold me over until it can be determined if my one hearing aid can be repaired or not. The other is missing completely except for the top cover. So now I wait to hear if the one aid can be saved/ repaired. I'm so thankful for the rapid response and help received from both Amanda and Heather!!

From start to finish both Amanda and Heather were very knowledge and professional. Heather was most patient and well versed in what she was doing. Her friendliness was very comforting.
