This is the BEST pharmacy in NYC! Every single person that works at HealthyLex is accommodating, empathetic and have made my struggles with chronic pain so simple! They even deliver and pronounce my last name perfectly (which is a first from my experience). Rosanna helped me today. She went beyond what most people will do. Everyone at this establishment has been a blessing to me.

My prescription was transferred without my authorization, causing a delay in medically necessary antibiotic treatment. Despite being told to pick up my medication at Duane Reade due to my work schedule, the prescription was later transferred without my consent and the pharmacy closed. I was then told to return the next day, but the pharmacy was closed again. As a result, I was unable to access my antibiotics for three days, my symptoms significantly worsened, and I was required to seek further medical evaluation. These staff actions demonstrate serious internal communication failures, which caused substantial harm to me.

Always very kind and helpful. Calls for refills and never sounds like they are over their job! Appreciated especially in this field !

Finally gave this pharmacy a shot after living nearby for so long - absolutely worth it. They are so timely and very communicative. Both incredibly helpful in person and over the phone. I’m so thankful to have them around the corner. Thank you Healthy Lex!
