BEST MASSAGE EVER! I've gone to Maria for years but she really outdid herself tonight. Seriously, book "The Spell" massage. Completely amazing. Maria really is the best - if something is not right with your massage she will fix it, from changing the pressure of the massage to changing the temperature of the room. And she slways does her best to accommodate my schedule when booking. I have been going to her St. Anthony location recently. It's the cutest office and they have a seriously cool rock shop attached. You will want to shop after your massage!

Maria has really helped to control my fibromyalgia pain. Her massages are always tailored to my needs. Her office is inviting , warm and relaxing. I am so glad to have found her! She has made my quality of life so much better.

Maria has the hands of an angel. Every massage that I have received from her has been relaxing and has released the knots and stress and left me relaxed and feeling rejuvenated but warning you might find yourself falling asleep during it due to the atmosphere of the room, perfect room temperature and the soothing massage. I have been other places for massages but they do not shine a light on the quality of massage you receive from Maria and if your not sure what type of massage would address your needs the best, Maria is happy to explain them and give recommendations for you to pick from. So a few years ago I was down in California and my brother bought me a deep tissue massage. At this point in my life I had never had a massage so I figured it would be fun.... after i had the deep massage I couldn't move or even walk the next day. I was in so much pain i told my self never again. Well I decided to give it another go. I went to Healthy kneads and told her I wanted a deep tissue massage. she started to massage my back and I told her about the bad massage that I had in California. She found out that I hadn't had a massage in a long time and suggested I go for a Swedish massage instead. at least for the first one and we can work up to the deep massage down the road. It was the Best Massage that i have ever had. Much better then the first. Ill be going back for sure. Great pri
