I have been to this urgent care multiple times, my experience each time has been wonderful. The care team is able to get me seen quickly. My last visit I was having an ongoing condition I needed to be seen for and was also going through a tough time mentally, Dr.Clouse was able to separate my existing condition from the symptoms I was feeling at the moment also and provided excellent care with empathy for my current situation.

I’d like to start off by saying I never write reviews. I had the best experience today and felt it was only right to share my experience. I had to make an appointment for urgent care for my son today. Saving a spot online was so easy, as was check-in. The real treat, though, was the provider my 3 year old son saw. He had a huge, infected toe with puss coming out and he saw Laney. She ended up having to make an incision and drain his toe, which is insane for a 3 year old to have to go through. Laney was so sweet, gentle, and caring. She was the nicest provider I’ve ever been in contact with in my entire adulthood. I hope whoever her supervisor is sees this and lets her know she’s definitely in the right field & lets her know how much I appreciate her. Thank you Laney & staff 🥰

My young adult daughter went here on a Tuesday with severe sore throat, huge tonsils and very large lymph nodes in her neck. The rapid strep test was negative but they said they’d swabbed for other things to and sent her home. She got worse and we got no info back from them. I called and asked if they checked for mono and she said no. Two days after that visit, things got even worse for my daughter so she went to the Urgency Room instead. She has a retropharyngeal abscess, tonsillitis and mono. She was sent with a quickness to the hospital for steroids, antibiotics and a consult for surgery. Thank goodness she doesn’t need surgery but I’ve never seen someone so sick. I’m trying to understand how this clinic operates. They told her to treat herself like it was a bad cold. I tried doing a walk in at urgent care for my asthma and a refill on my inhaler at 3:00 today. One nice lady told me i was checked in and it was going to be a small wait (i assumed no longer than and hour). i waited 2 hours until i went to the check in booth to see if they were going to let me be seen soon. a different lady told me there are 3 people ahead of me so i politely went back to my seat and waited another hour until i asked again when i can be seen. The same lady told me i wouldn’t be seen until 7:30 which i checked their hours and that is a hour and 30 minutes after they close. i asked if i can come back at that time she said no because i was already checked in. i also asked if i can just make an appointment with her and the she declined. In the department that takes messages for primary doctors, staff regularly violates HIPAA laws. Ask for a call from a supervisor and no one ever calls back. Support staff used to be wonderful at this location, lately they're disrespectful, uncaring & violate HIPAA rights.
