So my experience was not the best . But I’m giving them 5 stars for the doctor that seen my mom . My mom had to wait for a very long time . The front desk was not so pleasant . They took her back . And she sat in the room for another hour . Her irritation level was through the roof . Where she called me to come back and speak with her and the doc . When I get there the doc was very calm . Trying to keep his composure . My mom was agitated and showing it . I took over and he spoke to me . My mom was there being seen for something the clinic didn’t specialize in . He still tried & did what he could to keep her comfortable . Him remaining calm made her calm down . We began regular conversations. He has a brother and sister . He his mom and siblings are all in the medical field . His sister wa

The lady with short grey hair and glasses that works the front has terrible patient care service. The receptionist stated 2+ hours wait. They called about 1.5 hours. I returned on the 2 hour mark and the lady with the short hair with glasses stated they have been waiting. When really most patients are waiting 2+ hours to be seen, so who is really waiting? There should be a process where if your name is good to be called, to provide a 30 minute notice via text message to provide you time to return. If you’re going to make patients wait for 2+ hours at least give them a notice of where they are in line.

The phone number simply says No Appointment needed Just walk in. What it doesn’t say is that there is a 3 hour or longer wait time if you simply walk in. That message should explain the option to Save My Spot and provide a direct link by clicking on that site. I was informed by a receptionist that I should have received the Save My Spot option through “word of mouth or seen it on billboards “! Like most people I tend to keep my eyes on the road and not on billboards. Thank You

Had the most pleasant urgent care experience! I signed up online (which is such an amazing tool), and once I got to my appointment, it only took 10 minutes for them to see me. Dr. Jene Andrea Jones was such a sweet, positive, and personable doctor! She made me feel immediately comfortable and like I was in good hands. She also came in and checked on me multiple times during the treatments — which I feel like rarely happens with urgent cares. I wish she was my doctor for everything! The med assistants also did a great job of keeping things positive and making me laugh through treatments. Left there feeling much better than I came in!

Our visit to Health Partners Urgent Care was not something we had planned for our evening, but thankfully, we had Karen to brighten our experience! From the moment we walked in, her warm demeanor and infectious sense of humor made us feel at ease in an otherwise stressful situation. Karen was not only personable but also incredibly efficient. She navigated the triage process smoothly and ensured that we received the care we needed. Her ability to lighten the mood while maintaining professionalism truly made a difference. If you ever find yourself needing urgent care, I hope you are blessed to work with Karen. She turned what could have been a long and uncomfortable wait into a more enjoyable experience.
