My puking daughter was brought in an hour and half before close and they said at full capacity with 1 person to be seen in the lobby. What a joke… Went to urgency room who actually wants to help people. Won’t come here ever again.

Urgent care turned us away because they were "at capacity" more than 2 hours before they closed on a weekend. Either extend your hours and better prepare yourselves for an influx of patients. Also the receptionist was very unhelpful and unsympathetic.

Wait time online said about 2 hours, needed to be seen so thought I would just wait it out. Nice facility, check in up front was super easy. Was immediately called back for some history and vitals, and then soon seen by a very competent nurse practitioner within an hour of arrival. Very timely, great care, awesome people.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I'm really disappointed in the care my boyfriend received while in urgent care. We came here because my boyfriend was having terrible stomach pains to the point he couldn't even talk sometimes. We were taken back into one of the rooms and 3 separate people asked us the same questions. Symptoms and when it started. He mentioned nausea ONCE. After nausea was mentioned it feels like there was no other course of action. They gave him some antinausea medicine and said they would check in on us in again shortly. 15 minutes later my boyfriend was hunched over on the floor when they came in because once again it was the pain we came in for NOT the nausea. Needed some timely lab work done (as advised by my primary care doctor). I checked online and it said the wait time was over an hour. It's very nice that they list the est. wait time and that they allow you to reserve your spot ahead of time if you do it early enough in the day). I checked in and got ready to settle in in the waiting room with my book... but, after less than 10 minutes, my name was called. I saw the nurse immediately who carefully listened to my concerns/symptoms and was able to get me over to labs quickly. I was in an out in under and hour and a half—which was awesome considering I wasn't expecting to even be seen for an hour plus. All of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and considerate.
