I agree with what everybody else says about scheduling appointments. You wait forever and they are not friendly. I called at 4 PM needing to schedule something virtually. It took 24 minutes of ringing for somebody to answer. Then I’m talking on the phone for almost 20 minutes being put on hold several times. Then it gets to 445, she says I need to be put on hold once more and then they just hang up on me. Without a callback. I tried calling the number back in the office was closed. She must have just wanted to go home.

Dr. Haake is BY FAR THEE BEST !!! Quite literally saved my life, and I remind him of that every time I see him I have a trimeginial nerve issue, and he has went above and beyond to help me find a solution to my pain. He does not give up, makes suggestions, shows you what he's looking up, looks directly at you when talking to you, and you can both see and feel the empathy he has for his patients. A real life hero that deserves all the credit in the world. No other doctor in my entire life, has made me feel more comfortable to talk to, explain my conditions, and takes into account both physical and financial aspects of getting relief and the help that is needed. He treats you like an individual, not a number, and is beyond thoughtful and caring I highly recommend this Doctor to everyone who

I've had good experiences every time I've visited for Occupational Therapy. The goal was every week for 3 weeks but my OT is booked out 4+ weeks so it's been once a month instead. That's tough but kind of standard nowadays and something you just have to deal nowadays. The free covered parking ramp/lot is really nice and it's beautiful inside. A really gorgeous building.

Calling to coordinate anything takes days and multiple phone calls with long waits (45min is not uncommon). The hold music is constant noises and advertisement of services so you can't just have it on as background noise. The recordings also keep suggesting online messaging or scheduling which isn't possible for many of the things patients need to do. If you have time sensitive information being faxed such as a pre-auth medication you are almost out of, they only have one individual on staff to scan it into the system and if they are out of time- you are out of luck. They state they are understaffed so they cannot call insurance or pharmacies directly. Every time they send pre-aths to insurance, they didn't include the diagnosis or symptoms creating a delay in getting approval because the

It took 9 months to get an appointment my doctor had to fax the referral 2 times The nurse called them,then stated they sent a letter to me and never got ( had an address from 15 years ago)I got an appointment at last went .I got there early to check in the women said your about was July 15th not today so you missed it. She told me after looking on her computer the person that set up the appointment told me the wrong date. So I would have to come back I will never go back to this place again the nice new clinic is nice but you have to treat people better than this and I have worked over 40 years in the medical field and never seen anything like this .
