I wanted to take a few minutes to acknowledge the amazing care of my new PCP Dr Suzanne Leslie and her extraordinary ARNP Britanee Spooner. My wife and I have been patients for a little under one year now and we cannot be happier. My wife has some very complex health issues and sees multiple specialists. Dr Leslie and Brittanee spend countless hours understanding her history. In these days of insurance limitations you simply do not get this kind of service from providers these days. In my case I needed a medical clearance for an upcoming surgery. Despite full calendar they fit me in went through the clearance process very deliberately and with great care. I have been a patient/customer here for a few years. I only go if I do not feel well which Thank God is not often. My husband has a MDVIP Concierge Doctor and wanted me to sign up so I would have a Primary, we are retired Military and I have Tri Care Select for Life, I can be seen here but not by one of the Owner Doctors only a PA or NP which sort of bothers me. I annually go to see my GYNECOLOGIST and have blood work done and a mammogram but thought it might be nice to find a primary, not needed for my insurance but this is ok I guess for now. I have not always had a great experience at this location. Why 2 stars ? Because I really like the nurse practitioner, Rose. She is very kind, nurturing, knowledgeable, and spends at least 20 minutes (or longer), answering questions and offering suggestions. As far as the office experience? Zero stars. The amount of time spent on filling out paperwork is inconceivable. On my first visit, I waited 2 1/2 hours before going into an examination room. The receptionist at the front desk was rude and very quick to let me know that I was waiting so long because “it took you so long to fill out the paperwork.” So she decided to put other patients ahead of me (including one woman who brought her paperwork on a clipboard with her into the examining room). I just saw Brittnee for the second time. Brittnee is exceptional with her care and bedside manner. She goes out of her way to help. I would recommend her to everyone. There was a minor snafu with the front office but she followed up with me and corrected the problem. Kudos to Brittnee. The facility is very accommodating in getting people seen.

After an accident and leaving the ER I needed to see primary care. Was able to get in quickly for an appointment with Brittnee Spooner, APRN. She took her time to go through the long list of issues and explaining everything to me. She was so caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Absolutely put me at ease and made me feel comfortable with everything that was going on. Absolutely recommend!!
