This has been one of the worst pharmacy experiences I have ever encountered. .A prescription was expected to be delivered, but it never arrived—and more troublingly, I received no call or update regarding its status. I was left unaware of the delay until I had to follow up myself after running out of medication. When I called to inquire, the staff member I spoke with responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, stating, *“It’s your word against mine,”* while also acknowledging that they remembered the patient. If your team knew exactly who the patient was, why did no one take the responsibility to call and inform us of the issue? Instead, it was left until the situation became critical—forcing me to call back on a Saturday out of necessity. This lack of communication and account

I called this pharmacy hoping to get some help with a prescription issue, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. The person who answered the phone was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering them just by calling. There was zero sense of professionalism or willingness to assist — I felt like they didn’t want my business at all.
