Surpasses all expectations. I got home from the doctor in @ 10 or 15 minutes. I called to see if I could get the script today. It was waiting for pick up! I don't expect this kind of service any more. Just great!

The people who work here are so nice. My insurance mandates I use a mail service for all my routine prescriptions, but I send all my one-off prescriptions here because I want to support a small pharmacy instead of CVS or whatever. Most of the time, by the time I've walked over after my doctor appointment, my meds have already been filled, and if they haven't, the wait is never long. One time something's ETA changed right as I was walking out, and the nice young guy who works behind the counter ran out to get me so I wouldn't have to make the trip twice. They also have a pretty reliable texting service, which I appreciate a lot.

Healthwise truly lives up to its name. Super friendly and wise, every bit the family pharmacy. They will answer your questions patiently and thoroughly every time. I went yesterday for my Covid Booster, painless and in and out in about 10 minutes, they actually schedule things realistically. It is pleasure to go to Heathwise, every single time. BRAVO.

Great neighborhood pharmacy with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good choice of products. I got my recent vaccines done here and you don’t feel a thing. I am really happy I found this place, small businesses are the best!

I had my psych prescription called in almost 2 weeks ago. I came in a few days later to pick it up, they asked me for my insurance card, which I didn’t have. I came back a few days later with my insurance card to pick up my meds that I now need this day. They told me now that they never ordered my prescription because it is ordered “weirdly”, so the soonest I can have it is in 3 days. I asked them why did no one contact me the day it was called in then? They said sorry the person should have But they didn’t. I asked what can we do now since I need my medication and it seems unethical Al around. They said they’ll call Duane Reade, but I should go there and check with them that they have it first. I said just send it over because I’m not concerned about that and I am sure that they have it.
