ive ended up in this ER three times. they never take my pain seriously. Today i came in for some cold symptoms and they offered no explanation, no solid diagnosis, and gave me an attitude when i asked any questions. TWICE they have sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy even after asking my preferred pharmacy. my first visit was to be treated after a suicide attempt and they lied to me THREE times about my discharge plan. If you have any psychiatric issues, DO NOT go to this hospital. Its so triggering and the staff does not care. they clock in they clock out. patients are not a priority.

Some of the nurses are very mean, rude and disrespectful. My mother is forced to stay there and they are treating her horrible. One of the workers are very hostile. Hispanic women with big curly hair. Very mean should probably be placed there themselves. Not our fault all these people are so miserable we thought they were there to help?.

It's a great place with a nice cafeteria and restroom. Free wifi

The experience was great for our mom. Great doctors and care. What was disturbing was a employee dressed in purple taking a break in the surgical waiting area with feet up, wrapped in a blanket watch videos on her phone.

Exactly what I would expect from an ER in Aurora. Don’t go here unless you have a gunshot wound and want a bandaid. I came in with visible symptoms related to conditions that can cause severe, permanent neurological conditions including paralysis and death. I was told by a very disinterested DO, Lisa Floyd that they couldn’t help me. I would have been grateful for anything to get some relief from swelling at the very least. I had to ask for imaging. I hate the er, if I’m desperate enough to go there is something seriously wrong and to be treated this way is inexcusable. She couldn’t even take the time to give me a proper referral, I had to ask for one and they just wrote the name and number down on the discharge paperwork with a pen. Extremely unprofessional, terrible experience.
