Health Express Urgent Care

I went to this urgent care because I was experiencing shortness of breath and feeling extremely sick. After testing positive for COVID, the doctor told me there was “not much they could do” besides recommending rest, hydration, Tylenol, and ibuprofen. Considering I have respiratory issues and came in specifically for breathing concerns, I was surprised that nothing was offered to help with that not even an albuterol treatment. I also brought my son who has been sick and exposed to me, but I was told he would have to register separately and go back through the entire waiting process just to be seen. After paying $75 out of pocket, the entire visit felt rushed and dismissive. The doctor seemed more interested in getting through the appointment quickly than actually addressing my concerns.

Amazing! Booked online, our out of state insurance wouldn't pay, but the appt was only $120. My kiddo needed two rapid tests & a scrip for Strep Throat. We were in and out in 45 min, with our perscription sent to the nearest CVS. We're traveling & hadn't had time for breakfast or lunch, so the doc even let my daughter eat her lunch in the exam room while waiting for results. The place was clean, quiet & organized. The staff were all SUPER NICE!!! Doc & Med Assistants were just lovely. 10/10 Would Recommend!

Had no idea they did virtual appointments. They clicked on right at my apt time. Took about 10 min. He called me in my scripts. Was great when I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to leave the house due to bad weather. 10 out 10 great experience.

My experience was perfect from the moment I walked in the front door until I walked back out that door. I scheduled and appointment online which was very convenient. Checkin was a breeze. The nurses were so friendly and helpful, making me feel very comfortable in an u comfortable situation. The doctor took excellent care of me and my situation. Everyone was kind, curious, and caring. They made me feel safe in my time of need. Thank you care team!! I definitely recommend everyone to come to this urgent care when they unfortunately need services.

Arrived on time, received primary care assistance outside of work hours. Very convenient location and the staff were amazing and delightful despite the late hour. Will definitely visit again (if needed of course).
