Health Care Centers of Little Havana

The staff at this medical center are incredibly kind and caring. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Everyone — from the front desk to the medical team — was patient, respectful, and attentive. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness in healthcare these days. Highly recommend!

I arrived at this location at 1:50 pm on 09/10/25 to do a drug test for an employer. I was met by two rude employees named Hayce and Ayda two very rude women . These women begin the conversation by laughing at me or at something I'm not sure .But they did not greet me at all and were staring at me while laughing. I asked them whats so funny and they continued to stare at me .Then I tell them that I am here to do a drug test and they then proceed to tell me that they don't have cups available after I drove 40 minutes to this location. There solution was to send me to another location even further away which is fine but they had major attitude with me because I asked them what are they laughing at because I assumed it was me . They provide excellent care from the receptionists to the MA and the doctor. I’m very pleased and 100% recommend them.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff came across as unprofessional, and there was a clear lack of effort to communicate respectfully if you don’t speak Spanish. I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer and won’t be returning.

Excellent service, very clean, nurses are ver kind and respectful.
