⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have been going to Dr. Walchirk for years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him and his team. He recently did my root canal, and as always, the experience was excellent. I’ve had extensive dental work over the years, and he has consistently taken great care of all my dental needs. Dr. Walchirk takes his time with each patient, making sure everything is done right, yet he’s still incredibly efficient and respectful of your time. You never feel rushed, and you always feel like you’re in expert hands. The office staff is amazing as well — friendly, professional, and always welcoming. I had to come for a gum repair. During my procedure the doctor was very rough, provided no commentary as to what he was doing and what was going on. There was very poor bedside manner. When I was asking questions about my after care they were all dismissed and I was provided very little instruction on caring for my gums. Also during my procedure another doctor came in and proceeded to distract the staff with scheduling questions. For my follow up I ended up leaving before my checkup because after 30 minutes of waiting past my appt time I still had not been seen for my 5 minute checkup while also no communication from staff.

Dr Walchrick, the nurses, and reception staff were all super nice and welcoming. He did a great job at providing all the information about the root canal procedure and making sure I was comfortable before, during, and after. Would highly recommend their services!

I’m disappointed with my experience here. After my first visit, I called to report ongoing symptoms and was told this was “normal healing.” The pain continued, and I ultimately had to request pain medication from my primary care provider rather than receiving guidance or treatment from this office since the next available appointment was so close to my 2nd visit. Before my second visit, I reiterated that my healing had been unusually difficult, but this concern was not really addressed. Both recovery periods were not normal compared to prior root canals I’ve had elsewhere, which were essentially painless. Although the practice advertises CBCT imaging, it was not used in my case, and a canal was missed. My pain returned significantly worse about three months later, right before an interna
