Head Pediatrics

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Head and his staff at Head Pediatrics. They have alleviated so many worries and concerns for me and they have given first rate care to my baby, especially Dr. Head and our nurse Kelsey. I’ve never seen a nurse as good with babies as Kelsey is. You can tell it is truly her calling. Although every single person we have come in contact with has been knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! They take care of my baby like one of their own. Everyone is so professional but they are also just incredibly nice! I will always highly recommend Head Pediatrics to anyone who’s looking for a pediatrician they can trust and rely on.

I had no issues with the doctors or nurses. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but after several incidents I feel like I have no choice. The front office staff were very rude to me. I have Medicaid and they told me I HAD to call 211 to straighten out the insurance issue while my children ( 3 and 1) were being seen. It was complete chaos for me especially since I am pregnant with my third. Not to mention they have “no phones” posters plastered everywhere. It all could have been avoided if they had called me the day before and asked me to get it straightened out before the appointment. I called again to set up an appointment for my son and they were on my case again about the insurance. I told them that I had already handled the situation in office and gave them the information they needed. I

Dr. Scott is the BEST never had a problem! The problem is the nurses they have , you will get yelled at in front of all the patients in the waiting room, this specific nurse told me she was doing me a favor by letting the doctor see my child, and if i didnt like that i had to wait i could go somewhere else . I explained to Ryan head he laughed in my face and tried to explain to me that i needed to wait i simply told him what was happening he completely ignored the situation and didnt care that his nurse yelled in the waiting room. Oh and behind the window i could hear her say “ its always a problem she always has a problem”, when this is the first time i felt disrespected but ill never come back to this place after 20+ years of knowing Scott i hope he can find a better place to care for hi

Kelsey is an amazing nurse. She is wonderful with little ones and she is very professional and extremely caring. Dr. Head is a great pediatrician.

They care so much about my babies and the office manager is so helpful and amazing. The sweetest person I have met
