I checked in at 2:00 AM for what should have been a simple, straightforward antibiotic treatment. Instead of receiving timely care, I sat in the waiting area for FIVE HOURS. I was not seen until nearly 7:00 AM. For something that required minimal evaluation and a basic prescription, that level of delay is completely unreasonable. What made the situation even worse was watching multiple patients who arrived after me get called back, treated, and discharged before I was even acknowledged. There was no explanation. No update. This Hospital is not to be trusted. I came in for one thing and they have been very vague with me. Setting me up for treatments that they knew couldn’t be performed and lied to me about transferring me back to the facility I really needed to be. Please do not trust your love ones to this care facility. Room service was lower than the lowest. Dirty room and when I asked about that, I was told the cleaning service was gone. I really dread putting the 1 Star. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever experienced in a Hospital. The nursing staff in ICU WAITING, are the laziest most disrespectful staff I have ever dealt with. Speaking to patients in a condescending manner is unacceptable. They lack compassion. One nurse name Lucy told my family member that she’s never seen a patient in DKA ( Ketoacidosis) so weak and requires so much help, what type of Nurse would say that to a patient. My family member was near death. The nurse was Comparing patients recovery based on previous patients recovery so disrespectful. The staff from the doctors all the way down to housekeeping staff and everyone in between was friendly, profession and caring. I cannot say enough about the surgical teams, and the ICU and IMU nursing staff are some of best in the world. They were efficient, but took the time to listen and observe even noticing the little things that make you comfortable or uncomfortable. My needs were addressed , sometimes predicted in a very timely manner . I felt safe and understood.

Review for Radiation Oncology Department. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to, Josie, Tracy, Kristi, Amy, Shay, Ashly and Emily. They were there every day with me through my 39 treatments. They were so up beat and cheerful everyday when they greeted me and got me in to position for my treatment.
