Everybody was kind and compassionate to me.And they immediately understood what was wrong with me and took care of my problem.It was physician Nuanez, Bonita Neva MD that handled my case, and she acted fast.And with the precision and I thank her very much for what she did , she was awesome as well as all the people that I dealt with tonight. From security to the front desk to be checked in the whole experience was the best experience.I've had at hospital so far.

I was scheduled for an MRI imaging test...due to complications the first time I was scheduled, I had to reschedule. The staff - check in, mri staff, and ultrasound dept were all amazing. Helped calm my nerves and keep me calm throughout the entire process. Always making sure I was ok. Specially Jen in the MRI department was AWESOME!

The whole staff from the ER to the second floor all the way to surgery were great, very kind. Dr Alex was very helpful and genuine as well. Special shout out to Sam and autumn on the second floor, they were awesome too. Thanks again and keep up the solid work. - God bless

I can’t say how perfect the staff was during my care. The surgery staff were so nice and supportive and the nurses that were on the floor were extremely attentive. I appreciate the care I received when I was there. I can’t say enough about the care that was given. I had a great experience before and after my stay. Denise was one of the nurses that helped with my care. Good job!

Hi, We were very disappointed about our visit to Mountain Ridge. My husband’s heart surgery was cancelled at the last moment just before surgery because no one told us that chewing tobacco should be stopped 12 hours before surgery. The 3 hours he had stopped was not acceptable for their protocol. And by the way, a person does not swallow the juice from chewing tobacco so there is no potential for stomach upset or material that could be aspirated. Our heart doctor knew about his habit and never said anything about it. In fact, his doctor’s office had never heard of a surgery being canceled for such a minor violation. Now the surgery is delayed for a month causing significant stress. So, whole I’m sure that Mountain Ridge may be a wonderful hospital, we cannot comment on that. We wer
