HCA Florida Mercy Hospital

This hospital for labor and delivery is amazing, I will recommend it 100a%. I had my first son 10 years ago and today I have my second baby girl and they still have an amazing customer service and they help moms so much. They nurses are kind and sweet, they give me a lot of orientation and support. Everyone was very supportive. Thank you Daniela and team for being sweet with my little girl and me.

I had to take a family member to this place, and it was the best experience I've ever had in a hospital. It was all thanks to the medical staff and workers at Marcy Hospital, especially those who work on the 5th floor. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much!

We found ourselves at HCA Mercy as an emergency patient with a hip injury. We use the Texas Medical Center normally. We found HCA to be very pleasant , well organized and we felt totally taken of.

This was honestly the best hospital experience I’ve ever had. I went to the ER expecting a long wait since my condition wasn’t very severe, but I was pleasantly surprised to be called in within five minutes. Every doctor and nurse I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. They addressed my issue efficiently without making me feel rushed. I especially appreciated that they provided my first dose of antibiotics on-site in case I wasn’t able to fill my prescription right away, a level of care and thoughtfulness I hadn’t experienced before. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of prompt and compassionate care.
