HCA Florida Heart and Vascular Care - Kendall

Florida Heart and Vascular Care staff is the best Physicians Service of HCA. Love the doctors (Dr. Mawad, Dr. Diaz and Ray Avon) and especially the staff members. Ximena, Skalyn, Aleck, Maria and Angela. They always make you feel like family. I would highly recommend this team for any Vascular or CardioThoracic needs.

A family member of mine was recently seen by Dr. Brandon Diaz and we had a very positive experience. We were taken back fairly quickly, which helped ease a lot of the initial stress. Dr. Diaz completed a thorough diagnostic evaluation, asked detailed questions, and explained treatment in a way that was easy to follow. The nursing staff and front desk were friendly and efficient, and the facility appeared clean, organized, and well maintained. Communication between staff felt smooth, and we never felt rushed or overlooked. Overall, we felt well cared for and confident in the guidance provided. We appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail, and respectful bedside manner. Thank you, Dr. Diaz, for making a stressful situation much easier to navigate.

From start to finish, the visit was outstanding. The front desk greeted me with a warm smile and a great attitude that made me feel welcome right away. The medical assistant was professional, kind, and made the whole process smooth. Dr. Brandon Diaz was exceptional he really took his time, explained everything clearly, and even did part of the ultrasound himself, which you don’t see often. Usually, you’re sent out for that, but he made it feel personal and thorough. Overall, it honestly felt like a VIP experience. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond. Thank you!

Dr. Diaz was excellent. He provided a wealth of information concerning my reason for the visit in a manner that was easily digestible to someone who is not in the medical field. I felt informed and in good hands. You can tell he takes his work very seriously and is very knowledgeable.
