I came for an appointment on September 16th . I called the day before for an appointment. I saw the NP, who was not at all personable , I waited approximately 15 to 20 minutes for her. She spent 2 to 3 minutes with me and didn't introduce herself and made no eye contact. I've been coming to this for a good number of years and had good professional service with everyone in the office.

Horrible!!!! The middle age lady at the front desk they have checkin in patient is sooo rude and mean 🤨. I usually go to Dr Muholland in red bank I decided to give this office a try. Worst decision. Nobody so mean in rude should be in this position

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from this office. When I first called to request a prescription refill, I was told I needed to be seen in person. I scheduled and attended an in-person appointment, and the doctor had no issue refilling my prescription. I requested that the prescription be transferred to my mail-order pharmacy. The office staff took down my information and assured me it would be handled. A week passed and I still hadn’t received my medication—or any update. I contacted my mail-order pharmacy, only to be told that they had not received anything from my doctor’s office. At this point, I was out of medication, so I had no choice but to pay out-of-pocket and have the prescription filled at Walgree

From the time I called for an appointment I was so impressed! The receptionist was so understanding to say the least once at the office nothing but efficiency was shown. George was professional, but most of all an asset to the office as the receptionist Debbi. A PN. Devan D’Aloa, Took the time to listen and explain everything. I highly recommend Hazlet family Care! It takes a LOT for me to write a negative review about anything, never mind my PCP location that I've been a patient of for almost 25 years. The last couple years here seems as though it's been a revolving door of doctors and NPs that have no connection to their community of patients. Charts are empty of history. Intake forms are redundant, time consuming and would be unnecessary if there were any internal tracking. I called up to get prescribed a particular (non narcotic) treatment and was very clear as to the reason for my visit. In speaking with the receptionist, I asked about needed an order for blood-work she said we can do a physical at the same time since its been about a year since I've had one, noting that they can do blood-work then.
