The office we visited there was very efficiently run. We were seen within 5 minutes of our appointment time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions about the brace for my wife's ankle.

The service is pretty fast. Never in there over an hour. Doctors never make you feel like a drug addiction. They listen with compassion and understanding. This is the pain clinic to go to if you want genuine results.

I brought my wife here and the staff is so amazing and hospitable! They always give exact details of information that I need and my wife loves them as well! Nancy is my wife's favorite Dr. In total I like the whole staff!

Dr. Hawthorne was exceptionally nice and professional. Office staff not so much. Called over 30 times during office hours only to get voicemail that has no room for leaving a message. Noticed while there when phone rang they pushed a button and phone quit ringing. Front counter is damaging business in my opinion. If you need daily pain relief, this is not the place for you.
