Went into this horrible place for subacute Physical Therapy. I went in with a catheter UTI infection. The hospital sent via paper work what antibiotics were to be given. For 12 days I told anyone who would listen to me that the UTI was getting worse and I needed an antibiotic. I ended up having to call an ambulance, and got treated for it. Before that they were flushing my catheter which I had to ask for, for several days. In 12 days it had only been done once when ordered every three days. When they did, they busted the balloon in my bladder. A nurse recathed me and left it in my vagina! Terrible! There were other shots I was to receive, some daily that I only received once in the entirety. They do not answer call lights efficiently, and if they do. They tell you they will take care of it

Horrible, wretched place!!! Almost killed my mother in law. They do not attend to their patients. Mother in law had a major stroke and it was very obvious but it took 3 family members to actually point it out that something was very wrong. She went from talking and being feisty to staring off into space and couldn’t use her left side. Where do they train these people?! Don’t let your loved ones go here, they will not have a good outcome. The staff absolutely does not care about their patients. They can say they’re short staffed all they want but for absolutely no one to notice the 80% decline in my mother in law is ridiculous. Went in for rehab was only there for 2 days and that was more than enough. I am on several medications and a daily pain regiment and never once received any medication from them. When I asked about bathroom they said just go in the bed and they would clean it up but then I would end up laying in it for hours. First night there laid in my own mess for over 6.5 hours. I was never told what to bring or what to expect when I got there so I did not know I needed to bring my own stuff as far as drinks and things and when I asked for something to drink I was surprised when they asked me for $0.65 for the vending machine.
