We’ve seen improvements through therapy, counseling, and psychiatric care. The structured environment helps our loved one feel safe, supported, and more independent. I’m not pleased with this place and the fact that we’re not even allowed to see where my Dad sleeps doesn’t sit well with me and during visitation we have no privacy we all sit amongst other visitors like they are in a prison .. And it’s very loud and out of control constantly yelling and shouting at the residents/patients . It seems like a mental institution. The reason I gave you 2 stars because my Dad resides there .

My sister has been a resident of Haven Manor for over 10 years. It is not expensive. It looks like an old fashioned nursing home, but the staff are kind and helpful. She likes the food and being there.

This place is horrible I went to visit my brother yesterday and I was very disappointed in what I’ve seen the staff is very disrespectful and they treat the patients like their are in prison this place needs to be investigated because when I visit my brother the can was all in our conversation and not letting my brother enjoy his visit unacceptable and when my niece asked to speak to the manager a Puerto Rican man with black on said he was the manager and didn’t introduce him self to us. Don’t ever send your love one their because their are going to be treated like a prisoner instead of a patient. They are not friendly and very unorganized because when we arrived they didn’t even said hello and didn’t look at our paperwork to see if we had the the work for us to see our live one unacceptab

Very unprofessional staff do not send any of your relatives to this place they treat people good.Also calling patients out of their name this place needs to be shut down
