Haug Optometry Escondido

I have been going to Dr. Michael Haug and his wife Deborah for about 25 years. I consider him to be a trusted counselor regarding my eye treatment beyond just fitting me for my contact lenses. I have very complicated problems with one eye and he has been a voice of reason and pragmatism which I really appreciate. He is also a good man. I recommend him unreservedly.

They sold me very expensive lenses. Problem being when I went to another doctor they confirmed that my lenses A: were not what I paid for and B: have left me struggling to see. When I alerted Dr Haug he leaned on the warrentee for the lens coating. He choose to ignore that my lenses were single vision instead of the very expensive progressives he sold me.

My husband and I have been coming to Dr Haug’s office for years. Very good service. Very nice staff. The Doctors are great and the place is very clean! Highly recommend!

I've seen Dr Haug for almost 30 years. The staff here is so friendly. Diagnostic equipment is modern. Frame selection is good and stylish. Dr Haug is very knowledgeable. The office is nice and inviting. Will recommend anyone looking for a optometrist to come to this office. They treat you like family.

Great team from start to finish. I wish I would have found this office years ago when i started wearing glasses, it would have saved me a lot of agony and heartache. Dr. Haug and his staff are clearly experienced professionals who will answer all your questions and concerns. I highly recommend this business to all who are in need of an optometrist. 5 stars.
