Hartsville Family Dentistry

Hartsville Family Dentistry is amazing. We vacation in Cheraw several times a year. I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in immediately and get me going to be pain free. I feel they went above and beyond for a non client. They got me in to an Endodontist ASAP to have an emergency root canal done. Tracy was incredible with communication and getting my insurance processed. If I lived in Hartsville, this would be the place I'd go for dental work. Outstanding staff! THANK YOU!!!

Dr Harvey is awesome! He understands that first priority is to get you out of pain and also that most people don't have a lot of money laying around to do dental work. The rest of the staff was also very sweet and kind. Highly recomend!

This office staff and doctors are so nice and treats you like you are the only one when you ho there. The help you so much. I have never went to their office and without leaving like the really care about. And the doctor explains stuff to you that you understand what is going on. I recently went to see them and needed a oral surgeon and had a problem finding one they helped me find one and calling and sending records to several and never once acted like oi was bothing themwas nothg them the are the best

Dr. Harvey is so busy he did not even have time for me to get a rinse after a filling. I could spit dust my mouth was so dry afterwards. I literally almost got whiplash from the quick filling. Everyone seemed surprised it'd taken only 10-12 minutes. Me, too. Maybe I should consider finding another dentist who actually has time for me.

It was amazing having Dr Gardner as my dentist, however after he retired and I needed to go in, they Would not return my phone calls for 3 weeks. When I finally got someone to tell me what was going on, they couldn’t see me because I was going to be considered a “new patient” and he’s not taking new patients right now. When I asked why I wasn’t ever responded to in 3 weeks the lady told me because you have in your file that your last two appointments were cancelled and that’s why I was never called back. HORRIBLE way to treat patients! So needless to say, I’m finding a new dentist!
