I always have a great experience here! The service is fast and reliable, and the customer experience is truly top‑notch. Fili, the lead pharmacy technician, is bilingual and always goes above and beyond to help. She makes sure your medications are processed promptly, is exceptionally attentive, and takes the time to answer questions and explain things clearly. I really feel like they cared about getting everything right. Highly recommend!

Came in earlier in the year to get some parts for my nebulizer. Only place in town that had anything and it was well priced! Staff is very friendly.

Over the period of 2-3 years when my family moved to Hartsville, I chose Hartsville Drug because I wanted to support a family owned small business instead of a large chain. On about 80% of my visits or calls there, I was met with rude attitudes or don’t-give-a-rip answers. No smiles and many times the person helping me would just walk off without saying “let me check.” Not very friendly staff most of the time. Lack of communicating with me on several occasions when there was a problem filling one of my medications. They waited until I got there to tell me. If I had known ahead of time I could’ve got it worked out so as to not have to wait many days to get something refilled. I stayed there this long because I continuously gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just having
