Everyone was professional and caring. Registration (Ashlyn) made the process so easy. Outpatient staff was wonderful preparing me for my procedure Lily was excellent with my iv. Katie was wonderful about telling me about getting in the gown and orienting me to my cubby. She also updated my daughter. I can’t remember those in the actual procedure room, but no complaints. Stephanie was great in recovery.

My Mom developed an exacerbation of congestive heart failure over Christmas holidays. I took her to the ER and she had to be admitted for a couple of days. She received wonderful care starting in the ER and up until her discharge. Staff from housekeeping, physicians, nursing, discharge planner and kitchen staff were all professional but attentive and friendly. Nursing anticipated her needs before we could even ask. Call lights were promptly answered, the CNA made sure her personal needs were taken care of. The ER nurses were quick and attentive even though it was busy. Nurse Agnes on 2nd floor was attentive, friendly but made sure my Mom and I knew about her medications, and other issues of her condition. The only " complaint" she had was she disliked the food. She was there about 6 month

Honestly if I could give this specific doctor no stars I would. The one star is for the nurse because she was absolutely amazing. She done her job and was extremely kind. The doctor on the other hand has TERRIBLE bed side manner, I knew the moment he walked in that he was going to be terrible with my son and he was. He done NOTHING to help solve a stomach issue we have had for over a week. He administered medication but it wore off and my son was back in the same situation he was in when we got there. It’s the holidays so nothing is open but I was told to follow up with a pediatrician. What’s the point of even paying healthcare or going if they do nothing to help their patients….

I had a horrible experience while 40 weeks pregnant at Carolina pines. I went to the emergency room on a Saturday. I was sent home and told to call Monday for a appointment to come in and be checked inorder to get a induction date. Got a appointment for the next day at 9am by very rude staff. I got there about 8:40am to check in for the front desk staff to argue with me about insurance that lapses due to a incorrect address in the insurance companies system. A issue that I corrected prior to my appointment so the care could be back dated. Told my card was taken out of the system when it couldn't be ran the day before to see if it was active. I was still scheduled for a appointment though. Repeating what was just said to me by saying if it out of the system, I could still get the info to t

I went into the er a while ago, was essentially forgotten about in a dark room while the doctor on call told people who did not have access to my patient history about my medical history and reasons for other past visits without my consent, not only this but in a previous visit while waiting i was told that another patient (that i did not know but was being sick in the waiting room) was having a drug overdose while they were clearly uncomfortable and had no clue that a random stranger was being told their personal information, this hospital clearly does not care about Hippa violations and I would not recommend it if you don’t want everyone in this town knowing your name and reason for your visit. I did not mind the doctor being rude and dismissive in comparison to the nurses, but telling p
