Million stars for Dr. Coy, Crystal and the vet tech. I called on Saturday afternoon with an emergent situation for my rescue 13 year old cat Charlie. His back legs gave up and he wasn't able to jump. I was greeted on the phone by Crystal who was extremely nice and went out of her way to successfully accommodate my visit couple hours before closing. Dr. Coy ( extremely pleasant and professional) explained every possible scenario/condition and the testing she recommended with prioritizing the most important ones. Sure enough, the blood work she recommended first, confirmed the diagnosis of diabetes and the reason for Charlie's poor mobility. She proceeded with options of the possible treatments with such honesty and understanding to our situation. Her compassion and support for my decisions

After a bad experience at another hospital emergency vet in my town, we went to HVS and could not have received better care. Dr. Coy was fabulous and helped us get in with an ophthalmologist on a Sunday. We were so grateful for her kindness and going the extra mile to help. I would highly recommend this vet and Dr Coy.

Dr. Coy did an amazing job in treating our elder cat. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate in her treatment of our sick cat who has returned to his usual self. I would definitely recommend her and her staff to anyone who needs vet service for their pet.

Where do i begin i used to bring all my doggo’s here many dogs ago. Then i moved far away in that time I’ve brought my dogs to another place although they were great the prices were always an issue hidden this hidden that. My dog now I took there to this other facility and found out he was sick they quoted me an I just couldn’t afford it. I just so happen to move back this way and called them up for them to check my boy Ash. They gave me a quote and told me right then and there the price of what he’d need to get done. They by far beat the other vet with the price and told me in advance of what I would need and the price of that prior to what I would get done. Dr. Coy and Dr. Dupre took good care of my 13.5 year old GSD until it was time to make the end of life decision. I arrived to a different vet (Dr. A) who was not only a stranger to me and my dog, but someone who was very cold and robotic during his final appointment. She not only talked down to me but never once acknowledged my dog at all. I had to stop before she did the procedure because I did not feel at peace. My dog lived a long life and deserved respect. I thankfully was able to go to a different veterinary office who was very compassionate and respectful to us. I sent a final message to Dr. Coy after he crossed over. At the least, in my opinion, I expected an apology or at least condolences from Dr. Coy or the staff at HVH but they have never responded to any of my messages. It has
