There were some issues with scheduling and appointments as you book a month at a time and when the month is up a therapist can already be booked out for the following month. However the secretaries in the front are kind and friendly. My therapist for pelvic floor, Jessica Bocek, has been so helpful, knowledgeable, approachable, and felt like a friend right away. It can be a vulnerable experience to see someone for Pelvic floor and she approached everything with a casual and comforting demeanor and a sense of humor that I've appreciated. I've made a lot of progress on my individual goals and found the amount of prescribed exercises or stretches to be realistic. I would recommend her to anyone needing similar therapy.

Had my first PT this morning. The therapist is very professional and knowledgeable and tailors me exercises to meet my needs and abilities. After today's session he added some home exercises tto the ones he had given me at the evaluation meeting. There is also PT Navigator who called me this afternoon and will continue to check in with me on my progress and answer any questions that may come up. I will be able to send her messages if I feel the need.

Best rehabilitation place. Awesome people especially my therapist, Djenaba Bell. My experience there allowed me to be in a good place now. Would highly recommend.

My physical therapist was patient, empathetic, and supportive throughout my treatment. I had a very positive and helpful experience and truly felt cared for.

I have familiarity with my caregiver from previous good experience. His ability to use information from MyChart to coordinate my care is so important. Your office is close to home for me.
