I can’t get over how incredulous Hartford Healthcare’s PCP’s practice is. I contacted them yesterday, as I’ve had worsening post-concussive symptoms, and the soonest they can get me in is on March 12th! This is not the first occurrence either!! I was very ill back in September of 2023, yet they couldn’t get me in for another month. Therefore, I was stuck going to Urgent Care and then the ER twice. Whereas, had the PCP seen me sooner, it wouldn’t have led to that situation. After working for 29 years, I am now disabled and receive Medicare and Medicaid. And though I am grateful for having insurance, it seems few good practices take either one. So, I am stuck in this terrible place! I've been going to this practice for several years now and I was very happy with it until my physician left the practice and my newest PCP told me they were recommending I only get a wellness check up every three years. I'm 37 now but I feel more comfortable with a yearly physical. I feel very uneasy about this office now which is unfortunate.

I am a new patient and have been without my prescription for 5 days and counting because the nurse in charge of calling the pharmacy fails to make the call. I have contacted the office three times, spending an average of 15-30 minutes in each call, without any results. As requested by the office, I called 5 days in advance of the prescription's last doses but the pharmacy did not received the call from the office. I called the office again, they acknowledged that I called in advanced as requested and apologized stating that the nurse would place the call by the end of the day. I stopped by the pharmacy at 8:30 pm and no call was placed. I am still trying to get a hold of someone at this office to get the call for the prescription and have been waiting for 45 minutes for someone to answer

Five years later and this place still sucks and I'm stuck using it! This medical practice is horrible. I need a physical to keep my disability, but they cant see me until December!! I wish I had better health insurance to go to a different practice here in town. Hartford Healthcare is the worst!!! All of it!!! I left confused, angry, and frustrated. A total waste of my time, which I was made to wait 40 minutes to be seen. This was a scheduled appointment that was made in August of 2019. Medical people just don't care anymore. They just sit and read that annoying computer screen and ask the same questions that should have been changed the last time I was in, disregarding my present needs. I had questions I needed answers for regarding menopause and was told I needed to see a Gynocologist

The desk staff are very friendly but the rest of the appointment was a waste of time. My appointment was at 11:15. I arrived at 11. I wasn't seen by my Dr until 12:20. She was more interested in telling me the rules than my health. She gave a cursory exam and rescheduled me for another waste of time in 6 months. She didn't ask any questions or bother getting to know me (first time client) she just explained that she was already very busy and if I was sick I would probably have to see one of her colleagues as she usually books 3 weeks in advance. Just what a client wants to hear that you're an overbooked Dr who is going to neglect your clients if they're sick. This office is Not recommended.
