Hartford Healthcare has about 500 locations in 185 cities and towns. It's a huge network of hospitals, trauma center, behavioral health, clinical care, home care, senior care, physical therapy, and rehabilitation. They use the online portal, MyChart which is super convenient as a patient. Patients can retrieve records, schedule/reschedule appointments, and more. This office was in a convenient location and it had plenty of parking. I booked an appointment for a primary care visit. The next available appointment was about two months out. I preferred a female doctor but all they had was a male doctor; the next female doctor available would be 7 months out. Established care last year, doctor went on leave for pregnancy. That doctor was awesome. Now, while my body is failing (32 male, and lost 2 whole muscles in my right shoulder in 3 months), and they're trying to push me out to March 2026 to "re establish care" If you genuinely care for your own health, avoid this place. What a waste.

I told my doctor that I threw up 36 hours in a row one week then 2 weeks later I did it again. My wife was there to be a witness because I was hurting so bad I hardly remember. Not once did this doctor feel my stomach or look down my throat. He didnt even listen to my heart. All he said was get blood work and go see a specialist. Whenever in the past I had a little stomach ache doctors pressed on my stomach to check me out. I am scared to death to eat certain foods. I pretty much dry heaved twice for 36 hours. I was in so much pain I couldn't move. Don't you think a doctor should do some type of examination. Tried to make an appointment as a new patient and spent over 2 hours trying to configure their stupid HHC 24/7 app. The app wouldn't work because their registrar entered my email address wrong and the customer support was unable to fix the issue. The provider didn't even call me, they just cancelled the appointment without notice. Don't waste your time with this terrible hospital system.

I had a physician at this care center that was amazing. Knowledgeable, attentive, empathetic, friendly, and helpful. I trusted her more than I've trusted any other provider. Unfortunately, HHC decided in their infinite wisdom to deny her unpaid maternity leave, instead telling her to quit, and *maybe* they would rehire her later. So now I'm stuck finding a new primary care provider who can also handle my specialized needs because HHC refused to grant an absolutely outstanding employee something that would be a legal right in any other developed country. I'm writing this review in the vain hope that this helps persuade management that failing to provide even your most exceptional doctors with what should be a basic right will only drive away talented workers, as well as alienating patient
