Building 2 is where my PCP is, This is a very large complex of offices, and are always very busy. They were not ready to see me at the appointment time, so I had to wait quite awhile. waiting is expected at any Dr office however this office does not have restrooms for the public-which was very inconvenient for me. When I asked where the restrooms where I was shocked to be told " we don't have bathrooms for the public since ya'all wanna trash them"

Great staff but it's become busier and busier. Wait times to get an appointment are becoming increasingly longer and longer.

I tried for a month to get a prescription refilled and was ignored. I contacted the pharmacy and they said that the doctor wouldn’t approve it. Contacted the office and the woman at the front desk said that I was no longer a patient of theirs and the doctor wouldn’t refill it. Before I could ask my next question, she hung up on me. That kind of service is deplorable and very detrimental to your company as a whole. I’m quite disgusted at how okay such behavior is for your front facing staff. Says something about your team as a whole. Will never set foot of my free will in there ever again.

Mathew Durst is one of the most informative, engaging and companionate healthcare practitioners I have ever met. Mind you I worked at an incredible hospital in NY for almost ten years and have had extensive health issues since early childhood. I highly recommend Mathew Durst, Physical Therapist and Hartford HealthCare Medical Group.

Wasn't told about the price on what ended up being a 20 minute visit that cost over a grand. Terrible service and support. Find a different practice
