Staff Was very friendly. They provide me the best customer service and they do excellent keeping my privacy. Staff Was very clearly explaining The correct Care That I Need. They was able to help me. I love what I was looking for my health at my Appointment. The employee was more at my Expectations . Excellent service .I love how staff was working as a team .Excellent teamwork. I truly recommend Hartford Healthcare urgent care to friend and family. I will rate my experience 10 to 10.

Saw an incredible practitioner kiersten on 12/29 and she spent quality time understanding my medical issue and helped create a care plan that would help me fully recover and get back to healthy. I cannot thank her and all the staff enough,- they were terrific!

Skip this one and go to another location. My mom went twice in 10 days for severe stomach pain in a localized area. Both times she was treated like she was wasting their time (the MA has a serious attitude), and on the second visit she was asked why she even bothered to come back. She has been a nurse for over 30 years, and is very in tune with her medical conditions, which include GI history of diverticulosis. Well one ER trip later, and she has a fairly developed case of diverticulitis. Which is one of the suggestions that she gave the clinicians both times that she was there. This location does not care or listen to their patients, and basically treats people as an inconvenience.

After having a terrible experience with my own practitioner's office, where the triage nurse seemed more focused on their ego than patient care, I was able to visit Go Health. I wish I could give them a million stars! From check-in to the rooming process, my concerns were addressed efficiently. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!

The doctor that saw me was very caring got me all Set with the meds that I needed. He was very compassionate. Very kind. I will definitely come back.
