Colleen was a breath of fresh air walking into the center after the mean woman who use to sit at the front desk. She was pleasant, kind and empathetic. A very nice change. Provider aditi agrawal was also very pleasant fast and kind. Over great experience here today

Had a bad fall and went to the Fenn Road office for an xray and advice. (Turns out I had fractured my foot.) That office was the cleanest, calmest, kindest, most welcoming walk-in clinic I have ever experienced. No hoops. No long waits. Great medical team.

The provider and staff were so professional with fantastic bedside manner and responsiveness to my symptoms thank you so much! Walked out feeling so much better about my illness and was given all the best ways to navigate my symptoms until they resolve

Don't understand the point of making an appointment where you sitting there waiting room for an hour . Not the first time at this location 😭😭 10am appointment got there at 9:55. After I was seen I finally walked out of the door at 11:40😡😡

This is one of the worst urgent cares I have been to my entire life. The front door Receptionist is very rude and doesn't belong in any patient care facility. False information given went in personally to get the forms that the provider didn't give me. Said she would send it to me, never did. Than i called to leave a message the next day, still no response, When i finally call to see if I cant get my paper work once again I was dismissed, hung up on, passed along told i was being rude and talking over them. No your talking over me I m the customer where's the empathy the understanding there was none. I just kept getting more rude receptionists. I pointed out the bad customer service. Oh and lets not forget the gentleman that wouldnt speak to me clearly and wouldnt give me his name hung u
