I walked in with 2 fractured bones in my wrist. Very painful and stressful. In a little over an hour, x-rays were taken, reviewed and a temporary cast applied. The doctor then sent the results to an orthopedic hand specialist marked as priority. Even better, she verified it was covered by my insurance first. (HUGE help since everything felt like a tremendous effort.) The entire staff was extremely friendly and caring. Fast, efficient and very patient oriented. 3rd visit over a few years, same great experience despite different staff and doctors. Definitely deserves a 10 rating!.

The care and concern of the people there it was very efficient. They were very concerned they did everything that I would've liked them to do. I didn't wait long. I made my appointment. She prescribed my medication. It was there. I didn't have to wait. It was there at my pharmacy? I just had a very good experience.

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The APRN, Rosemary Fox, was efficient and thorough. She covered all the bases to ensure nothing was missed with my care. The X-ray tech, Beth, was absolutely phenomenal. One of the most friendly and easy to talk to medical professionals I have ever met. Beth was kind, reassuring, and personable. Truly a pleasure having the opportunity to meet such a wonderful person, even under some not so fun circumstances with my health.

Clean and bright facility in a safe, well-lighted area. Nice check-in kiosk. Very reasonable wait-time after initial vitals. Friendly staff. The APRN was personable, thorough and answered all my questions. Grateful to have this facility available on a Sunday night! Would definitely recommend if you find yourself needing urgent care. Note that they only take payment by card.

I JUST WANTED TO SAY,WHEN YOUR SICK AND NOT FEELING WELL YOU DON'T WANT TO JUST SIT AND WAIT AROUND.BEING ABLE TO CHECK IN ONLINE IS SO EFFICIENT! ALSO THE CARE I HAVE RECEIVED HERE SEVERAL TIMES AS BEEN WITH KINDNESS,COMPASSION,ANSWERED QUESTIONS & PROFESSIONALISM.THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT SARA IS KIND & CARING & REALLY MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER!!! I HAD HER TWICE IN A MONTH,I WAS SOO GRATEFUL FOR HER CARE! THE DR.ROSEMARY IS AWESOME SHE IS THOROUGH AND MAKES SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOU NEED MEDS,QUESTIONS,ETC SO YOU CAN BEGIN TO HEAL & GET BETTER. & SHE ALSO IS KIND AND COMPASSIONATE!
