I always have a good experience at this urgent care. When you make an appointment they really adhere to the schedule. All of the staff and providers are very polite and professional. I was especially grateful during my last visit that they have the equipment to correctly, diagnose and treat eye conditions without the hassle of having to try to get in with my ophthalmologist.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, facilitating the registration process for our visit. The nurse and APRN were thorough and took the time to explain all layers of the exam. Everyone involved with my care demonstrated professionalism. Much appreciated!

The medical assistant (Im not sure of her name but she was amazing and kind) and the physicians assistant that took care of me, Risa Budoff, treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. They made me feel welcomed, seen and heard. I was there for an ankle injury and from the moment I arrived I felt safe and taken care of. They got a wheelchair for me and helped me get inside, and I was taken back to the exam room almost immediately. The whole visit was extremely quick and they made sure all of my questions were answered. Overall great experience, I’d recommend this urgent care to anyone.

Instead of having to wait to be seen, when I got the the clinic, I was scheduled for a time later in the day. It was easier to come back rather than sit around. The front desk staff were very helpful and the provider was great. Would highly recommend.

On Christmas Day, rather than just treating my pain symptoms, the treating professional at this Urgent Care advised me that excluding a potential cause would require testing technology beyond the facility's capability, and she recommended we go to the UCONN ER. We did, and the ER testing both confirmed the immediate cause of the pain she had recommended for further testing, and also exposed a much more significant root cause condition that otherwise might have continued to go undiagnosed for an indefinite period. This care and thoroughness at the first level of care is exactly how one would hope the process is intended to work. The quality of attention and focus I received at Urgent Care was all I could ever hope for; I am grateful beyond words.
