Harris Teeter Pharmacy

I called the pharmacist department today to get clarification on my perscription. The lady spoke over me several times. Didn't allow me to complete my questions, and surely had no interest in giving me a warm experience. This is the type of job that requires you to care (a little), and it felt like a rude transaction. In today's world, it's vital for people to work in the role that brings out their best! There's nothing wrong with updating your resume. Happy hunting for a joyous career.

The Pharmacy is the worst. They have recently change staff. Prescriptions take over a week to refill, where previously they were kept on the shelf. Staff working the desk is constantly changing, different person everytime you go in. Customer Service has really gone down. Staff seems annoyed when you call, and even more annoyed when you pick perspiration up. Very sad.

Wife needs her medication due to food poisoning. The doctor probably assumes she's been taking them but she's not because this pharmacy keeps failing to fill it. Text states it's ready but it's not. 2 days in a row and they look at you like a deer in the headlights. Harris Teeter's prices are absurd and we've had issues multiple times with this pharmacy. Steer way clear. We're finding a new one.
