Harris Teeter Pharmacy

Unable to give this Pharmacy a negative star review but definitely would if I could, customer service is a -10, person at the counter every time I go to this pharmacy. Have had nothing but negative experiences here in the last six months will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy able to provide the actually service as advertise

I have about 5 prescription there, I called to get one filled. When i get there they say it's ready, but has to be counted. Then tell me it's to early for a nother one, i also have there. I tell the lady that's OK because I don't need it yet. She tells to come back the next day to pick that one up. I don't need it yet, but my husband had to go so he was going to pick it for me. When he got there to get it, he was told I couldn't get it yet, and that they called me earlier. THEY DID NOT CALL ME AT ALL. They told him to come back on Monday. I go back on Monday. They still don't have it ready. They said I got a text about it, that I never got. The pharises Was very rude to me like I was some kind of pill popper. 20 min after I left they called telling it was ready. They made me feel like

My regular pharmacy had a shortage of my medication and just told me to call around and see if anyone has it. HT not only had it, but were very helpful in getting information from my regular pharmacy so they could get it filled for me, treating me great even though I wasn't regularly with them. Happy to be switching my main pharmacy to HT !

Since the pharmacist has changed, the service has suffered. Constantly giving out the incorrect information on prices, ready time, etc. The staff is very rude and unprofessional.

Always greeted with a hello and a smile by the pharmacy. Might always have those times where takes awhile due to the Dr hadn't responded to send in renewal on prescriptions or wait on the med or meds to come thru on delivery..but other than that I have never had any problems.
