Could not ask for a better crew to be handling my medications along with the paperwork that goes with them. Always friendly, professional, caring and 110% efficient. Knowing I have had multiple surgeries the past 3 years, these wonderful people have gone out of their way numerous times to help me.

Great pharmacy! They just shaved $15 off the cost of a prescription by shopping a better discount card, all on their own. Can’t ask for better service than that.

I need to get a prescription filled while I am out of town and my son was going to run in to pick it up. I called twice on Friday afternoon. Both times it just rang and there were no options to leave a voicemail. I called again Saturday morning and again, it rang through with no voicemail option. I call customer service just now and they tell me that they are busy and she can take a message but the pharmacist doesn’t think she will be able to call back… they are only taking prescriptions via fax or in person. This is ridiculous. If they are so busy they can’t answer the phone, then Harris Teeter needs to hire more people. It is not okay to run your pharmacists ragged to the point they can’t help their patients fully.

Went to ask a quick product question and the blonde pharmacist is extremely rude.
