Harris Teeter Pharmacy

I no longer recommend this pharmacy. It went downhill when the pharmacist Monica (who was wonderful) retired. Now, the staff is very rude whether it is the pharmacist or the people manning the phones. Some of the techs at the cashier are fine and just doing their jobs. Always rude on the phone when just trying to confirm dates, and I witnessed the pharmacist being rude to an elderly gentleman the rare time I went here last for a medication that required a coupon.

The staff at HT pharmacy is awesome. Always friendly and helpful. Outstanding service from everyone. I want to especially mention Mary and Michael. They have gone above and beyond to resolve issues with our insurance and pa’s and making sure we have what we need. I never had this kind of service at our last pharmacy. Again, all the staff are wonderful, but we are particularly grateful to Mary and Michael!

After years of going to this Harris Teeter Pharmacy, my trust in them continues to be 5-Stars. Such educated and compassionate hands with the pharmacists and staff. Well worth the effort considering the distance I now live from this location (and continue using them)! I wouldn't trust anyone that doesn't give this pharmacy and staff the highest of marks.

the pharmacy is horrible. the staff seem helpful, but when a medication is unavailable for over a week after the first rescheduled pickup date with no further e-mail or text notifications of status, that's simply unacceptable.

The Harris Teeter pharmacy at barcroft is fantastic. It has been my go to for the past 11 years. The staff at this location are unlike any pharmacist I have ever experienced. Ms. Mary is wonderful and so great at explaining meds to me and my kiddos. Ms. Monica has known my little ones since they were in my belly. She goes out of her way to love on them when they are with me. They ask for her EVERY TIME. My children and I adore her. She is truly a special lady. AALLLLL of the staff at the Harris Teeter Barcroft Pharmacy location are phenomenal. My GO TO every time I need to fill a prescription. You won't be disappointed ❤️❤️
