Harris Teeter Pharmacy

Honestly didn't know what to expect. My regular pharmacy is closed on Sunday so I went here. It was off the charts wonderful. I had a simple prescription to fill. The pharmacist behind the counter was very helpful to each person waiting in line. He was highly capable, an excellent communicator, efficient but not rushed, and used a professional tone of voice for privacy. I wish I remembered his name.

Zero stars should be an option. I made an appointment at the Lake Pine location for a flu vaccine and they informed me that they were out of the one covered by my insurance. They apologized and gave me information and locations where the covered brand was in stock. No worries, stuff happens. The staff there is always amazing. I went to this location where I was met by the pharmacy manager. Andrew I believe is his name. Andrew seemed very annoyed that I was there. I explained to him that another store sent me over his location and he seemed very annoyed about that too. He asked me which brand vaccine, and I said, " I don't know, that's why I am here". I handed him the paperwork that the other location had printed out for me. Again, he was very annoyed I guess that he was going to have to do

The female pharmacist is very rude. I have made multiple trips for my prescriptions because she refuses to answer the phone. Today, I was told that my medication would be put back after that day. I went to pick it up on my lunch break and it had already been put away. She dictated where I could wait for it to be refilled. She and could care less about the customers. Her attitude is the worst. She doesn’t even attempt to provide good customer service. Extremely unprofessional!

I find the staff to be very patient with my questions. They have always been very quick to fill prescriptions and notify the doctor if refills were required. The pharmacist is great. It also is nice that you earn points for prescriptions along with food purchases that you can use at BP or Harris teeter gas stations.

I switched my pharmacy to HT because i wasn't happy with Target once CVS took them over. HT had a promotion going on so i switched over since I shop there. The pharmacist went out of her way to help me and got me the best price on a very pricey drug! This is great customer service. Even if she wasn't able to get me the best price I was very impressed with her willingness to try to help. I'm switching all my Rx's here. Thanks for great service!!
