**for all you bashing Dr Devine*" I have NO idea what office you went to. Dr Devine is wonderful, caring, professional, great listener, and cares for his patients.This office is very caring and keeps you updated on your health, test results and they are NOT pill pushers. The nurse practitioners are very understanding, professional, easy to talk to and are VERY educated. The office staff is wonderful and are very friendly and professional. I have never had a problem getting through or getting an appointment. I absolutely love this practice. The way you bashed this practice is very mean. Good thing you changed PCP's

Is rather bang my head on a wall than try to get thru to them. After six phone calls and three days latersomeone finally called me. I wanted to put a hold on a test. I week later i got a text from the hospital asking when i would like to schedule the test i wanted to put a hold on. The patient portal doesn't work either. I was told the business was in operation four years and it still is messed up !!! You can't speak to a human. What do you do when you need help???

Worst office ever. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. I have had nothing but problems with multiple staff members. For starters, the office scheduled and rescheduled my 8 week appointment THREE times on me and then the day I go in, they tell me there is no doctor and could I reschedule AGAIN. My second appointment, an assistant said she was going to listen to the heartbeat (my first time ever as it is my first child) and she sat there for about five minutes frowning and moving the instrument around and frowning more. It got to the point where I thought there was something wrong because she is just moving it around and making these faces and I began to get upset, like why can't she find the heartbeat?! Finally she says "I can hear him, I'm just looking for a better sound for the heartbeat." Uh,

Great experience. My entire family sees several of the PCPs in this practice. Five stars!

Moved to a new house and didn't see their mail for 2 months.THEY LITERALLY PUT ME INTO COLLECTIONS OVER A $25 BILL I AM MIND-BLOWN RIGHT NOW. THEY DON'T EVEN CALL YOU BACK TO GIVE YOU YOUR HEALTH INFORMATION, CLAIMING A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM. BUT DON'T WORRY THEIR BILLING SYSTEM IS WORKING JUST FINE!
