I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I was recently appointed to a case and reached out simply to obtain basic information about the new client, as I had not yet been provided any background details. Instead of receiving professionalism or collaboration, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. Rather than assisting someone newly appointed and trying to ensure continuity of care, the staff were dismissive and insulting in their tone and responses. As professionals, we should be able to communicate respectfully — especially when working in systems that require coordination and shared responsibility. I frequently perform for the residents at the Charlton Manor. It is one of my favorite places to perform! It is always so clean, cozy, and welcoming. The staff are all so kind, and the food being served always looks so good. The residents are always comfortable and happy, and the owner Michael is so good to them. I highly recommend this rest home.

My family and I have been incredibly pleased and satisfied with our decision to come to Charlton Manor! My loved one has settled in so much faster than anyone could have expected! In my opinion, this is happening bc of the loving care provided by all of the staff and the family atmosphere here. There are daily activities focusing on movement, fun and memory skills. I wanted to share one specific example of the trust you can have if you have a loved one lucky enough to call the Charlton Manor home. I lost a very expensive piece of jewelry and happened to mention it the next time I was there. The staff knew right away where it was and gave it back to me. Charlton Manor is a beautiful facility sitting on 27 acres with beautiful landscaping, patios, walking trails and the moment you pull in the drive way and enter the building you feel at home. The owner Michael and manager Deb genuinely care about the residents and their well being. Every staff member knows the residents personally, their likes, dislikes, and always making you feel comfortable and at ease. For some it’s a huge transition and the most we can do is make everyone feel welcome. You get home cooked meals, friends that last forever, a clean environment, and activities to always keep you busy. If your looking for a place for your loved one to get the top notch personal care that they deserve the Charlton Manor is the place. I can’t recommend it enough.

My mom was a resident at Charlton Manor . I cannot say enough about the care and loving place Charlton manor is . This is truly a home !! Everyone there had one thing in mind to care and love your loved one . From the minute I walked in I felt like part of a family . The house itself is beautiful and well cared for. Michael makes it like home . The employees from the cooks to the caretakers truly take the time to understand and care for each individual’s needs . The food is incredible!! If you truly want a home for your loved one please take a tour of this place you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you to all of you Deb and Michael for making my mom’s last days the best they could be !!
