Have an appointment for one week from now. (January 2026) I am called and today and told that my hygienist is sick, and that either I take an appointment during the middle of the day, which would require I take the whole day off from work (I work by Boston) or I wait until September. It is January. I'm sorry, what? I understand that accommodating my appointment time is going to take some flexibility, but telling me I have to wait nearly a year is unacceptable. When I asked if there was something that could be done, I was essentially told "Sorry, sucks to be you." Sadly, my experience with this dental office was terrible. I had a wonderful dentist in Worcester for 30+ yrs who retired and I thought I would give this office a try. I was left with having to go to another dentist to fix their incompetence and pay out of pocket again. My crown fell out after 3 days and I actually had a hole in it! Doctor would not reimburse for their poor workmanship and no communication from the office. Definitely would never recommend!

OMG! I was having a HARD TIME finding a dentist who accepted my insurance and who was also NOT affiliated with Aspen Dental or any other large dental chains. I found this gem of a place and it's only 11 minutes from my house. I have had about $35,000 (yes thousands) of dental work and I still cannot stand it. The hygienist (forget first name, middle name is Lane) is the best I've ever had and I've had no less than 30 in my life. The receptionist (sorry if the title is different) are very funny, friendly and entertaining. I am ALWAYS taken in on time. They answer all of my silly questions and don't even laugh at me for asking, lol. I'm so, so happy I found my forever dentist.

Edited after being a patient for a few visits: Cleanings from the Dental Hygienists were not thorough. Dentist was over an hour late, rude, and recommended multiple dental procedures that were not recommended by multiple other dentists I saw for additional opinions. After her recommendation she did not stay to answer my questions because she was late to other meetings. Extremely difficult to retrieve medical records, only receiving incomplete records after multiple requests. As easy as it was to switch to this office, I am no longer happy that I did. The front desk staff are friendly and made the switch easy, but not as friendly and helpful when asked for medical records.

My dental hygienist Brianna is exceptionally kind, caring and knowledgeable. She addressed my concerns and thoughtfully answered my questions. She was gentle and thorough during my cleaning appointment. Thank you so much for providing excellent dental care. Thank you again, MAGGIE.
