Harps Pharmacy

I switched from Walmart pharmacy hoping for a better experience with the pharmacist crew, Tanner and everyone there is so helpful patient and nice. Getting medication can be stressful but they make it easy and make you feel good and informed about taking it. If you want a good experience with a pharmacy go here!!

The pharmacists and technicians are always very helpful and friendly. My prescriptions have always been ready in a very timely manner. The pharmacists always review new medications with me.

I would give zero stars if possible. Recently I was prescribed a med that my insurance did not cover. The cost was $398 for one month. Harps had a prescription plan to get it down to $99. I told them that was still more than I was willing to pay and I would call the DR and see if he could prescribe an alternative to get in the normal ranges that was covered. The doctor called in another prescription and I sent my husband up to get it. The problem was that the new prescription wasn’t covered either and cost $150+. They did not relay this to me or let me know prior. My husband didn’t know and didn’t want to have people look at him for refusing the script.
